Black Bean Brownies

These are decadent and gluten-free fudgy brownies. These brownies are perfect for a less guilty dessert

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cup eggs
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon instant coffee
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Puree black beans until a paste. in a large bowl mix together bean puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla

    in a seperate bowl combine cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, and coffee. add to wet ingredients. Finally, add chocolate chips.

    grease a 9x9 inch pan, then line with parchment paper. Pour batter into pan. bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are visibly cooked and center no longer jiggles.

    Allow brownies to cool for 5 minutes. cut into 16 pieces. Serve warm with a dairy free ice cream
