Ingredients

  • 2 pound Regular Pork Sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Ceese
  • 2 ounce Cream Cheese (softened)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

    Form 16 two-inch balls Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees

  4. 4

    Serve warm or freeze in a ziploc bag or airtight container. If frozen microwave 2 balls on high for one minute.
