Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole chicken
- ½ cup Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 4 tablespoon Garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ cup Butter

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat dry the chicken with paper towels.

Rub the chicken with lemon juice and olive oil.

Season generously with salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, and thyme.

Stuff the cavity with garlic cloves and additional herbs.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and spread butter over the skin.
