BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-cooked pulled pork with BBQ sauce served on a bun.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Pork shoulder
  • cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 cup Burger buns
  • 1 cup Onion slices
  • ½ cup Pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

    Season pork shoulder with garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.

    Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender.

    Shred the pork using two forks.

    Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce and cook for another 30 minutes.

    Toast the burger buns.

    Assemble the sandwich by placing BBQ pork on buns, topping with onion slices and pickles.
