Ingredients

  • 2 cup sweet potato
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 2 cup kale
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Love how customizable this bowl is. I added some extra roasted chickpeas for protein and it was delicious!
