Ingredients
- 4 cup large tortillas
- 6 cup eggs
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup avocado

Warm the tortillas in a large skillet.

Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set.

Heat the black beans in a small saucepan.
