A fragrant and spicy Thai green curry with vegetables and tofu.

Ingredients

  • cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Green curry paste
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 1 cup Bell peppers

Directions

    Heat coconut milk in a pan and add green curry paste.

    Add chopped vegetables and cook until slightly tender.

    Add tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.

    Serve hot over jasmine rice with fresh basil leaves.
