
Delicious and spicy black bean tacos topped with fresh ingredients.

cup tomato

teaspoon chili powder

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped red onion, garlic, and jalapeño, and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in black beans, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

Mash some of the beans with the back of a spoon for texture.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
