Spicy Black Bean Tacos

Delicious and spicy black bean tacos topped with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • cup Black beans
  • 6 cup Tortillas
  • ½ cup Red onion
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup Lime
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 cup Jalapeño
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add chopped red onion, garlic, and jalapeño, and sauté until fragrant.

    Stir in black beans, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Mash some of the beans with the back of a spoon for texture.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.

    Fill each tortilla with black bean mixture and top with diced tomato and cilantro.

    Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving.
