A traditional Brazilian-style grilled picanha steak, seasoned simply with rock salt and grilled to perfection over open flames.

    tablespoon rock salt

    tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Preheat the grill to high heat.

    Rub the picanha steak with olive oil and season generously with rock salt.

    Place the steak on the grill, fat side down, and sear for 5 minutes.

    Flip the steak and continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes, depending on the desired doneness.
