Delicate and flavorful Chinese dim sum dumplings filled with seasoned pork and shrimp, wrapped in thin dumpling wrappers and steamed to perfection.

Ingredients

    pound shrimp
  • 2
    cloves garlic
  • 1
    teaspoon ginger

    tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12
    pieces dumpling wrappers

Directions

    In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped shrimp, minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.

    Lay out dumpling wrappers and place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each.

    Fold the wrappers and seal the edges by pinching or pleating.
