Preheat the grill to high heat.

Rub the picanha steak with olive oil and season generously with rock salt.

Place the steak on the grill, fat side down, and sear for 5 minutes.

Flip the steak and continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes, depending on the desired doneness.

Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
